5. Client-Delivered Materials

By supplying us with content, images, data, or other materials for use in your project, you represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights or licences to those materials and that their use by us will not infringe any third-party rights. You indemnify Umano Digital Solutions against any claims arising from such materials.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. As a general policy:

  • Projects typically require a deposit before work commences.
  • Milestone payments are due on delivery of the agreed milestone.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless Umano Digital Solutions fails to deliver as agreed.
  • Disputes regarding deliverables must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We take care to ensure the information on this Site is accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
